Summary
The Cowie Environmental Services (Cowie) team utilised their experience in managing major infrastructure projects to initially develop a Concept Erosion and Sediment Control Plan for the Loganlea Station relocation design package. The ESCP Concept was to be completed in compliance with relevant statutory provisions, Environment Protection Act 1994, MRTS51 & MRTS52 and relevant annexure, and IECA Best Practice Erosion and Sediment Control Manual.
Over the course of the project Cowie was requested to provide an Overarching Erosion and Sediment Control Plan (OESCP) for the client. BeneTerra was engaged as the specialist subconsultant to develop this OESCP, Cowie remained responsible for the jointly developed/delivered work from both a technical and project management standpoint.

This role provided peer-reviews on inputs, development and deliverables prior to issue to client.

This role oversaw the interface management between the client and the specialist subconsultant to ensure expected time/cost/quality outcomes were met.
Key Outcomes
- Successfully delivered an Overarching Erosion and Sediment Control Plan which met client’s expectations.
